I’ve been very happy with the V-Line Home Defense Shotgun Case. The mechanical button lock is simple to use, and changing the combination to my preferred code was quick and easy. It fits perfectly under my bed with about 1–2 inches of clearance, making it a great option for secure but accessible storage. My only complaint is that the case isn’t quite deep enough to accommodate my shotgun with a side-mounted weapon light installed, so I have to remove the light and store the shotgun without it. Aside from that limitation, it’s a solid, well-built case that does exactly what I wanted it to do.

Heavy duty well made in the USA.
Mounting was easy and quick.
This box is in my master bedroom walk-in closet for easy access.
In the box is a Mossberg 590A1 with Magpul hardware, attached light under the Forend and side saddle.
Plenty of room and the padding is a nice added touch.
This provides a safe way to store the shotgun, but also allows easy access when needed. The two additional locks top and bottom will only be used when on vacation for extra security. The Simplex locking mechanism is also a nice touch since no batteries are required for use.
Over all a great purchase for the price off $339.30 delivered to my front door!

I’ve had this for about 2 years now. It installed easily into stud on one side, but had to run to the hardware store and get toggle bolts for the other. It’s in there solid and the safe is just what I needed.
Never have to worry about batteries. Additionally has 2nd layer of protection of a security key lock for top and bottom crossbars on safe that I personally never use, but could come in handy if you want to control access for someone else who knows the code.
Something to know about the keypad button entry. It can do combos of 2-digit and single digit presses. If you do a single digit which is one of a preceding 2-digit combo, the button doesn’t reset (basically taking out the need to press the single digit). Example your code is: 45-4-1; 45-4-1 will open it, but so will just entering 45-1. 4-5-1 will not.
Have kids so I’m really glad I got it, can get into it quickly. I’m highly satisfied with the purchase overall.

I built a tactical wall type of storage for my home defense weapons some time ago, but I still didn’t think it was secure enough. Any thief with a brain would know enough to move stuff on the walls to see what’s hidden. This shotgun case secures my Mossberg and a pistol perfectly in the wall. If someone finds it, they’ll have to take the wall with them to get the guns out. I wish I could post pictures to show how I did it. I also took the foam cushion out and put white contact (shelf) paper in its place so there would be a stark contrast in low lighting so I can see the gun in the unlikely event that I would need it in a real situation. Hope for the best. Prepare for the worst.

This case is perfect for a single shotgun with no side attachments. I have a light on my shotgun, but it won’t close. Instead, I put my Mini-14 in this case. It fits perfectly. Absolutely love the construction and quality. I have limited space and haven’t found anyone that sells vaults or safes that can be mounted to the wall. I already have 2 SRT Tactical Vaults and now this case. from V-Line.

Fits my old Remington Model 11 great, great grandfather of my Benelli M4. Installed it in bedroom closet for dealing with intruding skells. Used Molly fasteners (5) which do the job, but would likely give away if someone use a crowbar. If I am gone for more than two or three days or vacation, I would put the gun into my regular safe, but for easy access, this is my choice.

Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the five button lock had a malfunctioning button. Fortunately I can use the remaining four and feel I have sufficient security for the shotgun and small pistol I store inside. It fits perfectly under the bed and the lock really does give almost instant access. Very well made and lined. Very pleased with it and would recommend it to others
